How It Works

SuguCu is self-serve big-screen advertising. You pick a slot, upload your creative, pay online, and your ad goes up in front of thousands every day. No sales calls, no contracts to print, no waiting on a quote. Here is the whole journey, start to finish.

The Four Steps

1. Pick Your Slot

Choose the package that fits. Gold plays every loop, all day, about 1,350 plays a day, with design included and unlimited creative changes. Silver plays every 2nd loop, about 675 plays a day, with one creative change per cycle. Bronze plays every 4th loop, about 337 plays a day. Community is built for small businesses: a still image on the big screen about 84 times a day, all day, and we even build your ad for you, free. Want to own a moment instead? Morning Drive gives you every loop from 6:30 to 9:00, exclusively yours, about 3,900 plays per cycle. Evening Drive gives you every loop from 16:30 to 19:30, about 4,700 plays per cycle. Have a story that needs more than a moment? Feature runs your full video, up to 30 seconds, uncut, once every 4th loop, about 337 plays a day, with design included. Then pick your start date. The calendar only shows dates that are open, so any date you can tap is yours.

2. Upload Your Creative

Add your ad right in the booking flow, or choose I’ll Upload Later and add it from your dashboard when it is ready. Your creative is a PNG, JPG or video in any size. 16:9 or square works best, and we fit it to the screen for you. Videos play for 8 seconds; if yours is longer, we keep your first 8 seconds. Want the whole video on screen? That is exactly what Feature is for. Keep the contrast high and keep the words few. One idea, big and bold, wins from across the street. Not a designer? Add our Design Service and we build it for you. It is included with Gold and a one-off add-on for everything else.

3. Pay Online

Review your order and pay. Payment secures your slot, and there is nothing else to sign. As soon as payment lands, we email you a link to set up your dashboard, where you can track your campaign, manage your creative, and see your receipts.

4. Go Live

Every creative is reviewed by a human within 24 hours. That is our promise, and it is part of the product: a curated loop means your ad sits in good company. Once approved, your campaign goes live on your start date and you get an email the moment it enters the loop.

What Happens After You Book

If your creative needs a change, we tell you exactly why in plain language, and you can resubmit as many times as you need before your start date. If your start date arrives before anything is approved, it simply shifts to the next open date. Nothing is lost.

Cycles and Continuing

Every campaign runs a 28-day cycle from your start date. Every package is month to month. Nothing auto-renews and we never store your card. Seven days before your cycle ends we send a payment link, and it sits in your dashboard too. Pay by card online, or ask us to collect cash or a check at a time and place that suits you. Once paid, your campaign rolls straight into the next cycle in the same slot. Want to stop? Tap End at Cycle End and your campaign finishes cleanly with the cycle. If a cycle goes unpaid, your ad pauses out of the loop until payment lands.

Changing Your Creative

Gold can change creative as often as it likes. Silver and the Drive products get one change per cycle. Bronze and Community keep one creative for the cycle, and Community runs still images. Every change passes through the same 24-hour review, so the screen always looks its best.
